First Responders

First responders face high-stress, high-stakes situations daily—witnessing trauma, managing crisis, and making life-or-death decisions. Over time, this constant exposure can lead to burnout, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and compassion fatigue. Clearwater offers a safe space to process these experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and build resilience. By addressing mental health proactively, first responders can protect their emotional well-being, improve job performance, and maintain strong personal relationships.

Ruck and Talk

A dynamic approach that combines movement with mental health support. Clients walk alongside a licensed therapist while wearing a weighted ruck (backpack), promoting physical engagement and emotional release. This active setting encourages open conversation, reduces the intensity of face-to-face sessions, and supports nervous system regulation. The added weight provides grounding and enhances the mind-body connection, making it especially effective for managing anxiety, trauma, and stress. It’s therapy on the move—supporting both mental and physical resilience.

EMDR

A powerful, evidence-based treatment that helps individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences. Through guided eye movements and structured processing, EMDR allows the brain to reprocess painful memories and reduce their emotional charge—without needing to talk through every detail. Clients often experience relief faster than with traditional talk therapy. If you feel stuck in the past or overwhelmed by memories, EMDR can help you move forward with clarity and peace.
